CATEGORIES OF DATA

The subject matter of the processing may include your personal data such as:

  • Automatically collected data. The computer systems and software used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be linked to identified individuals, but by its very nature could, through processing and matching with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by visitors, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file returned in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the server’s response (success, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computing environment. This data is processed solely to obtain statistical information about site usage and to verify its correct functioning.
  • Data voluntarily provided by the user. Voluntary and explicit sending of email to the addresses indicated through the various access channels of this site does not require consent and involves the acquisition of the sender’s address and details, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Such data is understood to be voluntarily provided by the user at the time of requesting the service.

SOURCE OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal data held by the Controller is collected directly from the data subject.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

The processing of your data has the following purposes and legal bases:

  • For automatically collected data, the legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest, and the purpose is to ensure and improve the web browsing experience.
  • For data voluntarily provided by the user, the legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation, and the purpose is to be able to send responses to specific requests made by the user.

DATA RECIPIENTS

Within the limits relevant to the stated processing purposes, your data may be communicated to parties appointed as Data Processors by the Controller (a list of such parties may be requested from the Controller). The personal data collected is also processed by Italprogram Plus S.r.l. staff, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided for data processing related to particular tasks and functions requiring the signing of specific confidentiality obligations. Your data will not be disclosed in any way.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

At present, no transfer of your data to a third country is planned. Should such a transfer occur, it will be carried out in compliance with applicable legal provisions, following the adoption of standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission and, where applicable, notification to data subjects.

RETENTION PERIOD

In accordance with the principle of storage limitation (Article 5, GDPR), periodic checks are carried out on the obsolescence of stored data in relation to the purposes for which it was collected. In particular:

  • Automatically collected data is processed only for the time strictly necessary to obtain statistical information on site usage and to verify its proper functioning, including for security purposes or in accordance with legally mandated deadlines.
  • Data voluntarily provided by the user will be retained for a period not exceeding what is necessary to achieve the purposes for which it is processed, or in accordance with legally mandated deadlines.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject always has the right to request from the Controller access to their data, rectification or erasure of the same, restriction of processing, or the ability to object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent to processing, exercising these and other rights provided by the GDPR through simple communication to the Controller. The data subject may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Providing your data is mandatory while browsing our website with respect to points 1 and 2 of the purposes mentioned above, in order to allow proper delivery of the service.
